Halton police were called to the home at around 5:30 a.m., after receiving reports of an altercation. When they arrived they soon located a 21-year-old Oakville woman, who had been stabbed in the neck. The victim was transported to Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital and treated for her injury. She has since been released. A police investigation resulted in one arrest. Matthew Hudson, 18, of Toronto is charged with aggravated assault.
