The program is focused on the age appropriate development of high level female players. At a young age our focus is on developing fundamental basketball and movement skills. We have no crystal ball into the future goals or focuses of our young athletes, however, sport itself provides valuable life lessons, not the least of which is "what you put in is what you get out".
