Police seek fifth suspect in assault Halton police have arrested four, but are still seeking a fifth man following a serious assault, which occurred at the McDonald's restaurant located at 2510 Hampshire Gate, Aug. 21. At around 4 a.m., police were called to the restaurant after receiving reports about an altercation between two groups. Officers located two men and a woman who alleged they had been assaulted following a verbal altercation with a large group of unknown men. One of the male victims received serious head and facial injuries and was transported to hospital. The other two victims sustained minor injuries.
