The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) held a special stakeholder meeting at St. Volodymyr Cultural Centre Aug. 24 to discuss noise mitigation options currently being considered. The meeting was not open to the general public or the media. However, local councillors and federal candidates -- Conservatives Terence Young and Efe Trianta lopoulos and Liberals Pam Damoff and John Oliver -- were among the 25-30 people in attendance.
