OMHS launches new Tree of Lights The Oakville and Milton Humane Society (OMHS) wants to help honour local pets with a new event this holiday season. Pet owners can purchase a bulb for the OMHS Tree of Light for $5 each -- a red light will honour a living pet, while a white bulb remembers a pet that has passed. Every dedication will have the pet's name inscribed on a peg display in the OMHS lobby.
