SNOEK, Maaike "May" The family of May Snoek sadly announces her passing at Saugeen Valley Nursing Center, Mount Forest, on January 22nd, 2006, at age 81. Maaike "May" Snoek wife of the late Cornelis Snoek of Acton. Dear mother of Anne and her late husband Maurice Pussar of Palmerston, Gerrie Snoek and her late husband Petar Pesirac of Guelph. Loving and devoted grandmother of Tracey and David Ellis, Greg and Charlene Russell and great grandmother of Cassandra, Meghan, Emily and Stephanie. May and her husband will be remembered by many as owners of the B.P. Snack Bar and Acton Laundromat. Friends will be received at the funeral home Wednesday from 11:00 am. to 1:00 pm. Wednesday January 25th, 2006, with the funeral at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow with spring interment, Rockwood Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
