WEMYSS, John Peacefully, on Friday February 24th, 2006 at the Georgetown Hospital. John, 85 years of age, beloved husband of Connie (nee Dennis) for the past 57 years. Loving father of Janet and her husband Wayne Eisan of Milford Station, Nova Scotia and Andy of Whitecourt, Alberta. Proud grandad of Christine and Heather of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Fondly remembered by his family in Scotland. Friends were received at the J.S. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, north of Maple Avenue, Georgetown, 905-877-3631 on Monday from 7-9 pm. A Legion Service was held on Monday at 6:45 pm. Funeral service was held in the chapel on Tuesday, February 28th, 2006 at 1:30 pm. Cremation.
