Erica Mercer needs your vote. The 19-year-old Georgetown woman is competing this weekend in the Miss Canada Petite 2006 regional competition in Toronto. Mercer, a graduate of the Mellennia Institute of Aesthetics, will be competing in swimsuit, evening gown, talent, interview and platform statement for the title. If she wins, she will move on to the national competition to be held in Edmonton. Residents can choose Mercer as their favourite People's Choice award by going to www.misscanada.tv/home and clicking on Erica. The event is sponsored by Miss Canada Globe Productions.
