The Georgetown Impact under-16 girls' club volleyball team went undefeated on its way to earning the Bugarski Cup title earlier this month in Chatham. The Impact swept through the preliminary round, then fell behind Durham Region in the semi-finals before Missy Rowley's clutch serving rallied the local side on to victory. Coach Kevin Hughes' under-16s will play in the Tier II division of the Ontario Volleyball Association championships in April at Mayfield S.S. in Brampton. Members of the team, starting with the back row, from left, are: Emma Jolly, Chelsea Jensen, Kodi Veenstra, Meghan Schantz, Ashley Nixon, Alene Vanderhoop.
