The Upper Credit Humane Society presents Essence of Summer, a silent auction and afternoon tea, hosted by Stonecroft Inn on Sunday, June 11, 1-4 p.m. Come and relax in the beautiful setting of the Stonecroft Inn, overlooking ponds and willows, sip a cool drink on the patio and join in the fun bidding on the array of items. There will be an excellent raffle, and surprising door prizes. Tickets, $25 per person, are available at the Shelter 519-8332287, Global Pet Foods in Georgetown 905-873-7086, Graham's Animal Shelter, Hillsburgh, 519-855-6439 and Stonecroft Inn, 519-833-0778. Stonecroft Inn is located on Trafalgar Rd. North. Proceeds to support the UCHS Shelter on Trafalgar Rd. at Wellington County Rd. 124.
