Pinky Williams, a cancer survivor, holds her great grandson Jorden on her lap as they take part in the Survivor's Victory Lap at Georgetown's first Relay For Life held at Christ the King School Friday. Jorden was representing Williams' great grandson Taylor who passed away at the age of 7 from Wilms tumor.
The Canadian Cancer Society held its first Relay for Life event in Georgetown Friday and more than 300 participants from 29 teams raised an estimated $45,000.
