Links2Care (formerly Halton Hills Community Support and Information) is currently accepting applications for our Christmas Needs Program. Hampers of clothing and toys are available for lower income families in Halton Hills. Applications for this program are available at 36 Armstrong Ave. in Georgetown or 47 Mill St. E. in Acton. Sponsors are needed for this program! If your community group, business, church or family would like to provide the clothing and toys for a specific family we would really appreciate your support. Gift certificates for Meals on Ice!

Gift certificates are available for nutritious frozen meals for seniors. There is a wide variety of entrees, soups and desserts which can be heated and ready to serve in minutes. These convenient frozen meals can be delivered right to your door by our volunteers. To purchase your gift certificate, please call Terri in Acton at 519-853-3310 or Liz in Georgetown at 905-873-6502. Links2Care is a member agency of United Way of Halton Hills.
