Acton High School Athletes of the Week are Brandon Nixon and T.J. Fry. Nixon, setter on the Bearcats volleyball team was chosen for his outstanding performance at OFFSA. Fry, a point guard on the basketball team, was selected for his 10 points against ECD and 18 point game against MDHS. Georgetown District High School Athletes of the Week are Chelsea Jensen and Devon Rattie. Jensen, a right side/middle on the Rebels junior volleyball team, was cited for her good hitting against AHS, while Rattie, a power on the senior Rebels volleyball team, was recognized for good hitting, passing and spiking at OFSAA. Christ the King Athletes of the Week are Chase Downton and Dayna Noltie. Downton, a centre on the senior Jaguars basketball team, was chosen for his 15 rebounds against ECD. Noltie, a labaro on the junior Jags volleyball team was selected for her leadership and powerful serving against BR.
