Dear editor, Re: An open letter to the premier of Ontario. Until such time that contracts covering the hiring of Hydro One CEOs can be rewritten, may I suggest the re-wording of the item covering "Debt Retirement Charge", on our electricity bills, to read: "Hydro One CEO Publicly Funded Through Replenishment Fund".
