Chair's breakfast needs sponsors

The Bell/Chairman's Breakfast on the Environment is looking for corporate sponsors for students. The event-- slated for April 20 at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club-- allows a corporation to allocate half of its table to a school, meaning the table would be shared with four students and one chaperone. Tables of 10 are available for $400. Halton schools are contacted and invited to register their interest in having four students and one chaperone attend the event. The number of complimentary student/chaperone seats are dependent on corporate sponsorship. Registration forms for the breakfast can be obtained at www.halton.ca or by calling the Region at 905-825-6000. Recipients of the Halton Youth Awards for Environmental Excellence and the Halton Environmental Scholarships Awards will be honoured at the breakfast.
