His recently released, best-selling autobiography, SpoonFed, tells the story of his life, The Spoons and how the two still intertwine today. Lost and Profound is a Canadian folk rock band that originated in the early 1990s and was first signed to international record company Polygram. Its single, Brand New Set of Lies, earned the band a Juno nomination in 1993. Its new album, Goodbye Mine, brings a return to the group's signature melancholy-infused pop rock.
