Acclaim Health staff and volunteers will be personally delivering 245 poinsettias to isolated seniors in Halton. "There are many residents in Halton who don't get out of their house, or don't have any family that lives nearby," said Patricia Blakely, director of Acclaim's community support services. "This program is a chance to show these people that there is someone thinking about them during this festive time of year."
