- Hettie was the church organist at Munn's United Church at the young age of 13! She played the organ at Munn's church until age 98 when she fell down the stairs and broke her hip. She lived to age 103. A photograph of her piano at the house shows that the sound board goes out back from the keyboard which means it was a baby grand type of piano (no photograph of her piano has been uploaded.)
Although the label for this photograph does not clearly say so, it is likely the photogaph celebrates them being life members of the Munn's United Church Women's Auxiliary.
As active church members, farm women and in Hettie's case, wife of an area Reeve, these three women were also active in other area women's associations working to improve community life, the education of local children, and to not only bring opportunities for the continuing education of women but to also enjoy the fellowship of their neighbours.
Hettie was also a life member of the Halton Women's Institute and the Women's Auxiliary and before her retirement was secretary of the latter. On pages 8-9 of the 50th Anniversary booket of the Halton Women's Institute lists "Mrs. A.A. Biggar as Secretary of the Postville (Trafalgar) branch, Mrs. W. T. Brown was President when this branch started in 1905". By 1954, this branch had been disbanded. - Notes

- Henrietta (called Hettie) Almira (Munn) Bigger, b.October 26, 1860, d. November 26, 1962. Hettie's parents were King Henry Munn and Ann Catherine Snider. Hettie married Albert Anson Bigger, b.November 13, 1856 d.June 24, 1938. Children of Hettie and Albert were: Clara A. Bigger, b.February 13, 1884, d.1978 ; William James, b.July 26, 1886 ; Wilbert Henry, b.May 6, 1887. Married Mary Ethel Conover, b.1888 d.1949. Wilbert and Mary Ethel's children were sons Harold C. Bigger, 1917-2004, and Clair O. Bigger, 1937-1945. The family is buried at St. Jude's Cemetery, Oakville. The surname spelling on their headstone is "Bigger" but the spelling "Biggar" has also been commonly used by the family. Mrs. Jos. Featherstone is likely Summer (Ford) Featherstone, wife of Joseph Featherstone, b. July 27, 1870 d. May 26, 1958. Daughter of Hamilton and Lucintha (Kenny) Ford. Summer married Joseph on March, 14 1894 in Halton, Ontario. Buried at Bethel United Church cemetery, Halton County. Mrs. Rob Post is likely Isabella Shain, daughter of Erson A. and Harriet Shain of Trafalgar, who married Robert Hiram Post, 25, farmer, son of Albert H. & Catherine J. Post of Trafalgar on December 12, 1894, Trafalgar, at age 19.
