Description
Wilbert Biggar is driving the tractor and grandson Harold Biggar can be seen on the hay binder, Hettie Biggar is to our right behind the tractor. The hay binder takes the hay, bundles it into a sheaf and ties binder twine around it. Harold has put his hat on a lever of the binder. There is no date on the photograph but Harold, born in 1917, looks to be at least 15 years old so it is likely in the 1930s.

"Glenclare Farm" was Lot 15, Concession 2 NDS Trafalgar. This land was in the Biggar (or Bigger) family for many generations. It ran north from Burnhamthorpe Road on the east side of 6th Line.
