Twin Oaks golf tourney raises $3,000 for United Way Twin Oak Credit Union Ltd. hosted its first annual golf tourna ment for the United Way o f Oakville in Septem ber at the Richview G olf and Country Club. Thirtyseven golfers teed-off for a fun-filled day of golfing and dining. Linda Flemington, general m anager of Twin Oak, welcomed all participants to the golf tournament. Paulina Robertson, rep resenting the Oakville U nited Way, thanked everyone for their contributions. "A special thanks to golfer Bill Vemytruk who has been a Big Brother with the Big Brothers of Halton, (a U nited Way m ember agency) for the past 15 years, and was my son's Big Brother for five of those years," said Joan Skrins, golf tournament chair.
