The Oakville-based, not-for-pro t organization, which offers Alzheimer's services, home health care and other support services, will be introducing a new, weekly walking group April 7. The group is meant to help grieving individuals deal with the death of a loved one by giving them an opportunity to connect with others in similar situations through exercise. Participants are invited to share ideas and receive support while enjoying fresh air and exercise. At the end of the walk, participants can also engage in further conservation at a local coffee shop.
