Coined `Fall In,' the the goal of this volunteer event is to help repair anOakville home or building that can not be maintained due to physical or financial challenges. `Fall In' was created by Appleby's Director of Outreach, Paul Schutz, fol lowing the remarkable success of the schools' Spring Forward last April. "I thought Wellspring would be an ideal location for `Fall In ',"says Schutz. "They are an important and essential charitable organizations who do great work in Oakville. It's terrific that the Appleby community can give a little to such a wonderful place." The choice of Wellspring is espe cially poignant since the death of long time teacher David Paul, from cancer, in October. In addition to the clean-up and face lift, Appleby donated 15 roses for the David Paul Memorial Garden, plus providing therapeutic plants for the tranquil space. The volunteers worked at six sites around Wellspring. h i Ia i?
