The Planning Services department will be presenting a recommendation report with respect to a proposed revision to Zoning By-law 2016-010 which was passed by Oakville Council on April 18, 2016. The purpose and effect of this application is to correct a mapping error on Schedule A of By-law 2016-010. The subject lands are generally located on the north side of Upper Middle Road East and east of Ninth Line. The proposed zoning revision would apply to the lands identified as Blocks 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 19, 20, 26 and 27 on Plan 24T-11003/1405 which was also approved by Oakville Council on April 18, 2016. At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject land.
