Now, most people think o f chocolate bunnies or eggs or maybe even hens or chicks for Easter. But not Cadillac Fairview, the company that com m issioned the two-foot chocolate cow. It thinks cows, especially when it comes to the Toronto-Dominion Centre where a pasture of bronze cows lie in the outside courtyard year round. And it is those cows that the Oakville artist is trying to replicate for the T-D lobby as he amasses chips of dark Bel gium chocolate in a pile at his feet. But before he started on this 80-pound chocolate bovine, Hudak created a plaster model for a smaller version.
