Ron and Pat Hudson welcomed Jeffrey Ronald Hudson into the world on July 9, 1963. Jeff, along with his younger brother Paul, spent their early years growing up in the Willowdale area of Toronto. At the age of 15, Jeff received an EMS award for saving his younger brother's life when Paul fell through a glass door. Happy 40th Anniversary Frank & Kathy Bosco! Predeceased by his wife of more than 50 years Lillian (nee Wilton). He will be deeply missed by his children Anne, Carol Lynn, James and Kirsten and his grandchildren Victoria, Thomas, William, Dillon, Adam, Andrew, Rachael and Olivia. Tom's kind and thoughtful nature endeared him to his family, friends and coworkers. Retiring after 30+ years at Noranda in 1995, he enjoyed travel, tennis and spending time with family. Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Andrew, Christopher, and Anabelle, and great-grandmother of Makayla and Madalyn. Ellen will also be deeply missed by many extended family and numerous friends. His interest in both cars and engineering drove him to participate in the Innovative Vehicle Design Competition, representing Queen's University at Expo `86. His team's efforts earned them a third place finish in the prestigious competition. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1987. He enjoyed a successful career at Xerox and later loved his new role as a Director at 3D Systems in Wilsonville, Oregon. While at Queen's University Jeff met his future wife, Dawn Crellin on move-in day at their residence hall. They married in 1988 on the Isle of Man and had two beautiful daughters, Chloe and Kate. The family moved to West Linn, Oregon in 2007. Jeff loved living in the Pacific Northwest, but he never forgot his Canadian roots. A car enthusiast, Jeff purchased and rebuilt his grandfather's `69 Pontiac Beaumont at the age of 17. Jeff was a hockey fanatic, played the saxophone and loved helping people in any way he could. He was also passionate about his role as a "Prop Pop" for the West Linn High School Dance Team that both of his daughters participated in. Since his diagnosis a little over a year ago, Jeff courageously battled an extremely aggressive form of Scleroderma. In an effort to raise awareness about this debilitating autoimmune disease Jeff created a blog, "Jeff's Journey With Scleroderma" and documented his battle. Although he will be greatly missed, he will live on forever in our hearts. On August 11, 2016 at the Oregon Golf Club, over 200 of his friends, colleagues and immediate family united to celebrate Jeff's life. Another Celebration of Jeff's Life has been organized for his friends, family and colleagues living in Ontario. The Celebration will be held on Sunday October 2nd, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 p.m. at Rattlesnake Point Golf Club, 5407 Regional Road 25, Milton, Ontario. JAMES, Edward Ernest (Ernie) Ernie passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga after a brief illness with cancer at the age of 75. Beloved husband of the late Marilyn. Loving father of Lee Ann (Jim Sammut) and Jeff (Lynne). Proud Papa and Grandpa to his four "Grandboys" Austin, Matthew, Mitchell and Bradley.
