Town preparing north Oakville game plan By Angela Blackburn OAKVILLE BEAVER STAFF Facing the start of a nine-month Ontario Municipal Board (0MB) hearing over north Oakville this summer, Oakville town council has called a special meeting for Monday night -- that could continue every night of next week. Reminiscent of the original hearings over north Oakville growth -- which were marathon sessions that ran from 6 p.m. until nearly midnight several nights of the week -- the special council meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday in Council Chambers of Town Hall at 1225 Trafalgar Rd. "Council has also reserved the evenings of April 4, 5, and 6 to continue the meeting, if necessary," said Town spokesperson Janine Ivings. Mayor Ann Mulvale, in calling for the meeting at Monday's town, council meeting, noted council will conduct as much of the meeting in public as it can. "Because this matter involves ongoing liti gation, council may conduct part or all of the meeting in camera," said Ivings.
