He was arrested Thursday (Dec. 1). It is alleged the man, owner and operator of Graviti Media, has been known to attend Candance-sponsored events to record various competitions throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The same suspect also faces three counts of child luring, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of distributing child pornography that were laid in May of this year, following a Halton police investigation in which police say a man was communicating with children online via Snapchat using a former Burlington resident' s name. David Kron, 24, of Thornhill faces four counts of voyeurism, a charge of making child pornography, a charge of possession of child pornography, two counts of distributing child pornography, three counts of luring a child and a charge of non-consensual distribution of intimate images.
