Police say the man was just starting his shift at a Cornwall Road business, at ap proximately 5:30 p.m., when he saw an older model Kia Sedona minivan rapidly approach his vehicle. The trucker was preparing to transport automotive products to the Ford Assem bly Complex located on Canadian Road in Oakville. W hen the minivan stopped, a man got out of it and allegedly demanded the truck driver enter his trailer, threatening the trucker with a hrearm, which police say was not seen. The driver, police say, complied and found himself locked in the trailer while the suspect drove the truck off the lot.
