Halton police erected a mobile sign on Dundas Street, around the scene of the accident (Dundas at Neyagawa Boulevard), to urge the driver to come forward, as well as witnesses or those with dash-cam video to come forward. The sign will be moved to Neyagawa Boulevard sometime Monday, Feb. 6 to catch the attention of northbound traffic. A woman sustained life-altering injuries after be ing struck by a vehicle while crossing Dundas Street at Neyagawa Boulevard Feb. 1. At approximately 9:30 p.m., the 39-year-old fe male victim was struck while walking in the cross walk. The vehicle then left the scene. The Halton police Collision Reconstruction Unit was on the scene and took over the investigation.
