A Background Study has been prepared to propose a by-law that will replace the Region's existing residential and non-residential water, wastewater (Built Boundary and Greenfield Areas), roads and general services development charges in By-law No. 48-12. The"2017 Halton Development Charge Background Study"forthe Region's Development Charges By-law was made available to the public on Wednesday December 14, 2016, and can be obtained at the Office of the Regional Clerk at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville, Ontario, L6M 3L1.
