Nicole Schwab, 13, raised $527.71 for the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), as part of her bat mitzvah at Shaarei Beth El, a Jewish synagogue in Oakville. Schwab gathered yarn donated by stores and made hand made hats, mittens, scarves and ear warmers, which she sold to friends and families. The money that Schwab collected was donated to Sick Kids. Schwab was briefly a patient at SickKids after birth and so she decided to help out the hospital that once helped her. | submitted byAndrea Readman BLAZER STA PLES morehappens D o rv a l C ro s s in Over 60 Shops & Services located at the QEW & Dorval Drive Visit dorvalcrossing.com for more information PROUDLY MANAGED BY Bentall Kennedy
