Thats according to Andy Glynn, Oakville's Deputy Fire Chief, who is also responsible for the Town of Oakville's emergency manage ment and preparedness and special projects. "We're asking all resi dents to stay away from all piers, all waterfront parks and to avoid going to the harbours, when Dep. Fire Chief Andy Glynn possible," Glynn urged. "Use extreme, ex treme caution if they need to go down to the water front." Although the Town has posted signs, caution tape and fences warning people to avoid flooded areas, Oakville students meet with Wynne Young Culture Famed R&B singer Jully Black paid a surprise visit a t a concert a t Appleby College's John Bell Chapel Wednesday evening.
