TAKE NOTICE that the Council of The Regional Municipality of Halton passed By-law No. 37-17 on the 14th of June, 2017 under the Development Charges Act, 1997 (the"Act") which establishes residential development charges for the recovery of the Early Payment of estimated future water, wastewater and roads development charges for the Regional Municipality of Halton (Recovery DC Area (2012-2021)), and repeals By-Law No. 49-12. This By-law No. 37-17 comes into force on the 1st day of September, 2017.
