Front Row Centre, the volunteer arm of the Oakville Centre, is holding its annual Christmas Raffle and the pro ceeds of Front Row Centre's fundrais ing revenue are part of the money being raised to help provide new sound equipment for the theatre. Prizes are a round-trip air flight any where in Canada or the United States mainland from Uniglobe Glen Abbey Travel and president Karen Oliver, a weekend in the Jacuzzi suite of the new Holiday Inn Express from general man ager Peter Tosh, and an authenticated Anne of Green Gables doll from Rob McIntosh and manager Donna Dimmel. This summer's donation by Front Row Centre of about $12,000 played a major part in refurbishing the lobby of the Centre in time for the fall and win ter season. Now the goal of the volun teers is to help improve the sound for patrons. The draw will be held on Dec. 19th at the last performance of the children's musical, Mr. Scrooge. Tickets are $2 each or three for $5. Tickets are on sale at the Centre before performances and during intermission. Only 2,000 tickets will be sold.
