Ontario funds one denom inational school system to the exclusion o f all others. The United Nations has ruled that is discriminatory. But the Ontario government refuses to rectify this unfairness. There are no constitutional barriers to funding denom inational schools. The Supreme Court of Canada has ruled on that. But Ontario has failed to take action. We are the Ontario Parents for Equality in Education Funding. We are a m ulti-faith group of parents whose children attend unfunded Christian, Jewish, M uslim and Sikh schools. We are taxpayers. We are voters. We believe in fairness. It's hard to argue with fairness. Send the Prem ier a message. Contact your M PP today. Tell them you believe in fairness too. Tell them it is time for the Ontario governm ent to live up to its responsibilities. Tell them to dem onstrate their com m itm ent to equality by funding denom inational schools.
