The Foundation is donating the proceeds of this year's lottery to Halton Health Care Services (Oakville and Milton Hospitals) and to the capital campaign of the YMCA. Because the organizers are volunteers and most of the prizes are donated, the lottery is able to maximize the revenue to the charities. CIBC, back for a fifth consecutive year, underwrites the risk of the lottery for $1 .1-million extending a line of credit to cover initial expenses. Lome Elliott, gen eral manager of Imperial Services, chairs the Prize Committee, and numerous bank employees volun teer to help with special events. Lansing Buildall, also back for a fifth year, supply building product for the home and act as a ticket order location.
