NEWS Arrest made following New Year's Eve break-ins DAVID LEA dlea@oakvillebeaver.com A 24-year-old Hamil­ ton man has been charged in connection with a pair of residential break-ins, which took place in Oakville New Year's Eve. On Sunday, Dec. 31 at some point between 7:30 p.m. and 7:45 p.m., some­ one forced open the door to a home on Stornoway Circle, police said. The in truder left without taking any­ thing, but then broke in ­ to a second home on the same street. The suspect again left the residence without taking anything. The homeowner a r­ rived as the individual was leaving. Police were called to the area and an a rrest was made a short dis­ tance away. Yjan Raae, 24, of Ham­ ilton is charged with two counts of breaking and entering with intent.
