So what better place to view three model homes on site on 'New Dream Home Street'. The show, that runs from Oct. 8th- 11th at the International Centre on Airport Road, will have homes with individual style that are uniquely deco­ rated for the occasion. Royal Home's 'The Applewood' is a brand new design being introduced to the marketplace. It offers country liv­ ing, with quaint gingerbread trim and a covered porch. You enter a front foyer with an open staircase to the basement. The living room boasts a dramatic half-round win­ dow with fireplace. Angled walls add interest to the dining area and the open concept rooms provide ample space for entertaining. Extra windows add abun­ dant natural light and a French door provides aces to the rear deck. There are three bedrooms and full bath. The master bedroom has its own ensuite. European flair is the concept behind 'La Maia' from Mega Structure Inc. The three-bedroom home is geared for those dreaming of a weekend getaway or retirement oasis. It offers a large liv­ ing space designed to fit a smaller lot. The home features the latest in home comfort high-tech automation. 'The Lakefield' from Quality Manufactured Homes is designed as a holiday retreat or second home away from home. It has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and is sided with Culture Stone.
