"Our new centre will offer drop-in programs, as well as our popular Discovery Station nursery school pro­ gram," says the Centre's executive director, Jill Snidal. The centre currently provides a range of services to families in the community from their Sixth Line and Kerr Street locations. Programs include parenting programs for new and experienced parents, workshops, children's programs, toy library, and more. The Oakville Parent Child Centre will celebrate 20 years of programming in the Oakville community in the year 2000. The birth of our new location will help to cel­ ebrate this milestone, as well as enabling the centre to reach out to a new neighbourhood of families.
