The Class EA Study was undertaken in accordance with Schedule ‘C‘ of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process (2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 and 2015), which is approved under the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act. MMM was retained to assist with the study. The study area is shown on the key plan. Proposed Fifth Line improvements are: * Widening of Fifth Line from a 2â€"lane rural to a 4â€"lane urban road * Onâ€"street bike lanes in both directions * Multiâ€"use path on both sides of the road These take into consideration feedback from regulatory agencies and the public, following the Public Information Package presented in January 2016.
