Another tremendous outpouring of support was seen during Saturday‘s Milâ€" ton Food Drive. A total of 20,250 pounds of food was collected at eight differâ€" ent locations for the Milton Salvation Army food bank. This review results from the addition of two Local and Regional Counciliors for Milton as well as our recent and projected population growth. The revised ward boundaries in a new 4â€"ward electoral system to elect a 9 member Council are scheduled to be presented to Milton Council December 12, 2016, and, if approved, will come into effect for the 2018 Municipal Election.
