Three days of entertainment and fun at 2nd Waterfront Festival Saturday promises to be the biggest and bnsiest day of lthe festival, a day filled with entertainment and activities. Featured entertainment and events overrthe three-day weekend include the return of the Much Music Video Dance Party at Coronation Park, Friday, 7:30 pm. Headline entertainers Blue Rodeo hit the main stage at Coronation Park 8 pm. Saturday, followed by fireworks Because of extreme parking restrictions, cars parked on Lakeshore Road at Coronation Park will be ticketed and towed, festival goers are urged to take the Oakville Transit Festival Bus service, leaving every 15 minutes from Sheridan College, Oakville GO Station on Cross Avenue and the Oakville West GO Station on Wyecroft Road off Bronte Road, starting at 6 pm. today. The free bus shuttle service will continue during the festival. Buttons will also be on sale Saturday at Lakeside Park, scene of Arts Mosaic Lakeside from 10 a.m. to 5 pm. Arts Mosaic Lakeside, an exhibition featuring several arts and crafts groups, has been organized by the Oakville Fibre Guilds Alliance. Buttons, and programs for $1 each, will be on sale throughout the weekend festival. The second annual Oakville Waterfront Festival Gets underway this evening across Oakville, and $5 buttons allowing entry to all events at all four locations, will be on sale at Coronation Park, downtown Oakville at Towne Square, and Bronte, starting at 7 pm. The festival wraps up Sunday with children’s entertain- er Jack Grunsky at Coronation Park (main stage) at 11 am. and 1:30 p.m.; reggae group The Sattalites entertain in Bronte at 11 am. and 1:30 p.m.; comedy team Bowser Blue will be in Bronte at 12:45 p.m.; Spiritual Posse, a local band donating all concert proceeds to charity, enter- tains at the Oakville Towne Square at 1 p.m., and Hagood Hardy, whose Salada Tea commercial became a major instrumental hit, performs a two-hour concert with the Oakville Symphony at Lakeside Park at 2 pm.
