At 45,000 tons, the "Royal Princess" is large enough to have all the amenities of her bigger cousins but her deck layouts allowed many cosy, friendly areas for new friends to meet and enjoy the cruise. There are eight public decks on the ship â€" the top two, the Sun and Lido Decks are for outdoor activities and include three beautiful and well used pools and two whirlpool spas. As with most cruise ships these days, the "Royal Princess" offers a wide variety of health and exercise programs. The gym, sauna, spa, and massage on the Sun Deck are well used facilities.
