The results of the yearâ€"long study of 50,000 home buyers across Canada in 1993 also showed an increase in moveâ€"up or multiâ€"time buyers as a percentage of all home purchasers. "since 1990, we‘ve seen a steady increase in the percentage of female home buyers in Vancouver, Toronto and Ottawa," said Bernie Vogt, Royal LePage Senior Vice President and General Manager.
