The friendly staff members work quickly and efficiently, one helping the other as each phase of the service is completed. To become Hot Change Professionals, they undergo extensive inâ€"house training and field supervision, including annual refresher courses and programs to stay on top of new information. "We‘re very service oriented, because we realize how important it is for people to properly mainâ€" tain their cars. It‘s a major safety issue as well as a financial one," Anderson says. "Our computerized information system links us to all major manuâ€" facturers, which keeps us up to date on new recommendations." Oil filters and coolant are also recycled, and plastic oil bottles are donated to an Ontario firm which manufacturers plastic roadside curbing.
