Members of the community are encouraged to participate in the event and engage in Bronte's fishing heritage as the Association supplements the Salmon fishery in Lake Ontario. Friends and families including small children will be engaged and able to release 15,000 juvenile Salmon to the penning stations where monitored feeding and biological imprinting will take place as the young Salmon grow. A day of camaraderie and fisheries awareness is what makes this event an annual success! Come out and get involved with the Halton Region Salmon and Trout Association by showing your support this Saturday!
