Intravenous supply contract The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) of Halton has awarded its intravenous supply contract to Caremark Ltd. which will be providing and delivering intravenous (IV) sup­ plies commencing June 1st for the next three years. The Ministry of Health requires CCACs to use a Request for Proposal process to determine contract awards for client services (including nursing, therapy, and homemaking) to ensure the purchase of the highest quality care at the best price. The CCAC of Halton coordinates homecare and personal support services for Halton residents, offers information and referral to community services, and provides information and placement into long-term care facilities.
