North (Across from Eastgate Square) 573-6030 Mother says quads add balance to life (Continued from page 1) and smiles all their own, says thier mother. She describes Blake as all trust and warmth; Derek very intense, "you can sense the intel ligence"; Julia, "coy, very very feminine" and Ryan, "a big lovable kid." "I have an overwhelming feeling for the kids," says Zigrossi. 'The gallery is nice, but the kids add a balance to my life. I have a sense of balance now." Zigrossi says she allows herself to take one day at a time and one developmental stage at a time. "I enjoy each stage as it comes along," she says. 'They're on a pretty strict routine, but they almost set it." From the time they wake in the morning, usually around 6 a.m., the babies consume 16 bottles a day and go through approxi mately 20 diapers, and now that they're older, three feedings each of cereal and fruit. "Derek is starting to crawl and Julia is crawling," says Zigrossi, noting that one of the most hilarious things is watching the four move around and "get stuck on each other." 'They are starting to be good company for each other," she adds. Zigrossi wakes with the babies and brings them downstairs, props them in their chairs and hands them each a bottle. While the babies enjoy their first food of the morn ing, Zigrossi grabs a cup of coffee and the newspaper. "I have a window of 20 minutes," she smiles. They play for an hour or so, then go to bed rising again at 11 a.m. for more food and a bottle, play, then go to bed around 1 p.m., waking again at 2:30 p.m. for a bottle. They then get their fresh air which could be a walk with nanny Kimberley Ruller, or time in the backyard before hitting the sack Crystal designs featuring wicker, wrapped around wrought iron frames.
