Thank you everyone who contributed. On Friday, Decem- ber 15 over 50 people enjoyed a great turkey lunch including a trad- itional trifle for dessert. As usual the Friday lunch crew created a delicious meal. The January fundrais- ing draw is for a Team Canada hockey jersey. Who wouldn't enjoy winning that? Tickets are available at the re- ception desk. T h e h o r t i c u l t u r a l program on Tuesday, January 2 is full. This class is repeated on January 16. You will learn to create three miniature flower ar- r angemen t s t o t ake home. Sign up and pay if you are interested. On Tuesday, January 16 at 1 p.m. you will get the chance to enjoy a great movie "Church- i l l" . I t has had rave reviews. The next social dinner is on Monday, January 15. Another leaf was add- ed to our Tree of Hope last week by Walter and Megan Golden dedicat- ed to Joe Sartor "a great man". Joe was a very busy man, volunteer- ing in many capacities. The Friday lunch on January 5 is coleslaw, manwich and tat t ies plus dessert, tea or cof- fee. On Wednesday, Janu- ary 3 at 7 p.m., euchre players can enjoy an evening of euchre at the Centre. If your birthday is in November, December or January, you and a guest will be invited to a birthday tea on Tues- day, January 9 at 1:30 p.m. Have you wondered what you can do to help a friend enjoy life and meet new people? A great way would be to purchase a yearly membership for them. Memberships run from January 1 to December 31 each year. Already a member and not re- newed yet?
