As a parent or community member, we hear about how kids are using it to bully each other, remain anonymous, and increase their social status. However, we also hear (and see) how children of all ages can use social media to make positive, social and political changes in the world. Either way, it is a powerful tool. MSB is host ing a parent evening where Jennifer Casa- Todd, author of "Social LEADia", will speak to us about the fears involved in parenting children in this social media age, the things you can cheer about, and the things that are unclear. Jennifer is a teacher, an e n g a g i n g s p e a k e r a n d understands how to harness the use of social media in a positive way.
